“Speakers have to realise that if they're dropping their fee now, because they're doing stuff virtually, they're basically saying, ‘You are paying us for our time.’ Not ‘You are paying me for my experience, and for my knowledge and for what I am going to give to you in terms of value.’

Listen, if I was a buyer right now and I saw that you would speak for me for £250,  in six months’ time, whether it's virtual or whether it's real, you are worth £250, that's all the value you're giving.

And that's the industry challenge.”
